I ordered a pair of Ray-Bans as a Christmas present on December 13th, and they were supposed to be here before the holiday. Well, they never arrived, and it looks like they never even shipped. I've tried reaching out to this company—if it’s even a real business—by email and phone, but no luck at all. The voicemail sounds super sketchy, almost like a scam. Plus, the company claims to be in California, but the charge on my credit card came from Canada. I’m not holding my breath for a response and am disputing the charges with my credit card company. Just a heads up!

I placed an order for glasses on April 15, hoping to receive them in about a week or so. Today is May 20, and they finally arrived. Sadly, they don’t improve my vision at all. The frames are right and everything, but I’m just not satisfied. I won’t be ordering from this place again because the wait was way too long. They advertise 24/7 customer support, but good luck finding someone on the weekends or before 10 in the morning or after 6 in the evening during the week.

There are decimal numbers next to those choices, but tapping on them doesn’t explain what they mean; it just changes your selection.
